Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To receive a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Please email us at esteemaffirmations@gmail.com to start your return.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize if this ever happens! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at esteemaffirmations@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order for your preferred item once your refund is processed.

When will I receive my refund?
